How can you, as a news reporter, create a political news report on the candidates running for Virginia House of Delegates?

Sources Required

Select, read, and cite 4-6 sources; try to find one good source from each of the following categories:

  • 2 - Official candidate websites (1 Democrat & 1 Republican)
  • 2-3 - News articles (articles from local papers, within the last six months)
  • 1 - Video from a debate or meetings discussing candidate's views
  • 1 - Mixed Media (find additional sources such as websites comparing the candidates, images, polls, editorials, campaign videos; within the last 6 months). Example: 411 Voter Guide: Virginia

Enter all sources into NoodleTools; when finished logging sources, export the List of Works Cited to turn in.
