  • So that I can imagine what it felt like to attend a play at The Globe Threatre in London during Shakespeare's time. 
  • I'll know I'm successful when I share my Globe Threatre sketch and interesting facts about Shakespeare's theatre with the class.

Activity #1 - Watch the video

As you watch the video, write down three interesting facts and one question about Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Performances, and the Audience's Experience.

Activity #2 - Share Your Notes

    • Use the 360 degree feature
    • Click on the videos and still images
    • Notice the shape and layout of the theatre

Activity #4 - Sketch & Label Shakespeare's Globe

On a blank sheet of paper,

1) Draw Shakespeare's Theatre 

2) Label some of the elements using the Key(For example: 1 = Flag, 2 = The "Heavens", 3 = Tiring House, etc.)
