Sleep Habits | |
Challenge: Learn about sleep. Why do we need it? What helps one get good sleep? Go to the public library and checkout some books on sleep and/or explore some of the below resources. Once you are more informed, put your sleep knowledge in action! Try to practice what you learned for a week and keep a sleep journal. At the end of the week, reflect on what you liked, what you didn’t like, what worked, and what could become a new habit. |
